Cancellation Policy
1. Enrollment & Fees Age: This class is designed for children 3 years + Enrollment: Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. A completed registration form and payment of the class fee are required to secure a spot. Fees: Fees are due before each class or term, as specified in the class schedule. There are no refunds for missed classes. Class Schedule: The class schedule is subject to change. Students will be notified of any changes in advance. 2. Class Conduct Safety: The safety of all students is our top priority. Students must follow all instructor directions and safety guidelines. Health Requirements: Children with contagious illnesses (e.g., fever, runny nose, rash) should not attend class. Supervision: Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child(ren) at all times during class and in the studio waiting area. 3. Cancellation Policy Class Cancellations: Amazing Toys reserves the right to cancel classes due to inclement weather, insufficient enrollment, or instructor illness. Make-up Classes: Make-up classes may be offered for cancelled classes, subject to availability. Store Closures: In the event of a store closure due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule classes or provide alternative arrangements. 4. Liability Assumption of Risk: By enrolling in this class, parents/guardians acknowledge and assume the inherent risks associated with dance activities, including but not limited to: Injuries from falls, collisions, or contact with other students or equipment. Strains, sprains, or other injuries resulting from physical exertion. Waiver of Liability: Parents/guardians agree to release and hold harmless Amazing Toys, its instructors, and any other affiliated parties from any and all liability for any injuries sustained by their child(ren) while participating in the class. 5. Other Personal Belongings: Amazing Toys is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Dress Code: Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Communication: All communication regarding class schedules, cancellations, and other important information will be sent via phone or email. 7. Agreement By signing this agreement, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
