Service Description
Price is $25 per child with a minimum of 10 children and a maximum of 16 children. Our disco dance party is the perfect way to let loose and have some fun. We'll have a party host spinning all the latest hits, plus glitter hair, games, and karaoke to keep everyone entertained. So put on your dancing shoes and get ready to groove! Theme options include: Ice Queen, Princess, Superhero, Glow in the dark, or Popstar The price includes: Party invitations Party host Decorated party table (in your chosen theme) that includes everything you need (ie, plates, cups, serviettes, spoons) Decorated party room (to your chosen theme) A blacked out room with disco lights for lots of dancing fun A personalised set list of songs and games for every age These include -bob down statues -pompom dancing -Balloon dancing -karaoke song -action songs -limbo -Party freeze game -pass the parcel -other dancing games Glitter hair Cold water is provided Food is NOT included but the party host will pass the food around to the children and hand out birthday cake. Party bags and balloons are available for an extra cost












Cancellation Policy
Birthday Party Terms & Conditions 1. Booking & Payment Bookings must be made in advance & are subject to availability. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure the booking. Full Payment: Full payment is due 1 week prior to the party date. Payment Methods: We accept credit card, debit card, cash, & gift cards. Pricing: $25 per child for 1.5 hour parties, with a minimum of 10 children or $30 per child for 2 hour parties, with a minimum of 10 children. Only children that have been paid for are allowed in the party room. 2. Party Room Usage Party Duration: The party room is only available during your allotted time slot Party Host: A dedicated party host will be provided to organize the children, run the party games, set up, & serve the food. Parent Attendance: Parents of attending children are encouraged to "drop & run" or are welcome to wander around the store during the party. Party Room Capacity: Due to the size of the party rooms, we can only accommodate the birthday child's parents in the room. If a child attending is upset, we encourage their parents to stay until their child settles. Room Use: The room is to be used for the purpose of the birthday party only. No other events or activities are permitted without prior written consent. Early Arrival: The family of the birthday child is requested to arrive 10 minutes before the start of the party to bring in their food & cake. 3. Food & Beverages Catering: Catering is not provided by the venue. Food Recommendations: We recommend keeping food simple & easy to manage, such as fairy bread, fruit platters, chips, biscuits, & cupcakes. Beverages: You may bring your own non-alcoholic beverages. No Alcohol: The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises. 5. Guest Conduct Guest Behavior: All guests are expected to behave in a respectful & responsible manner. Damage: You are responsible for any damage to the room or its contents caused by your guests. 6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing 2 week in advance. Rescheduling: Rescheduling may be possible with sufficient notice and subject to availability. Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable. 7. Liability We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during the party. 9. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
